ב־123 אוטומציות אנחנו רואים חשיבות רבה במתן שירות שוויוני לכלל הגולשים, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלות. אתר זה נבנה במטרה לאפשר שימוש נוח ועצמאי ככל האפשר, בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ״ח־1998, לתקנות שהותקנו מכוחו, ולתקן הישראלי ת״י 5568 המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0 ברמה AA.

בדיקת הנגישות האחרונה נערכה באוגוסט 2026 ובוצעה על ידינו, כבדיקה פנימית: בדיקת מבנה סמנטי, תוויות לשדות, שמות נגישים לפקדים, סדר כותרות, ניווט מקלדת ויחסי ניגודיות. הבדיקה אינה חוות דעת של מורשה נגישות מוסמך. אנו בודקים מחדש עם כל שינוי מהותי באתר.

Accessibility statement

123 Automations is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. The site was built to align with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998), its accessibility regulations, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA.

The most recent accessibility review was carried out in August 2026, internally by us: semantic structure, form labels, accessible names for controls, heading order, keyboard navigation and contrast ratios. It is not an opinion issued by a certified accessibility consultant. We re-check whenever the site changes materially.

What has been done

  • Semantic HTML structure for assistive technologies and screen readers.
  • Full keyboard navigation with a clearly visible focus indicator.
  • A skip link to the main content at the top of the page.
  • Contrast ratios designed and checked for readability.
  • Alternative text on meaningful images; decorative icons hidden from screen readers.
  • Labelled form fields, with validation messages announced via an aria-live region.
  • Support for the prefers-reduced-motion system setting.
  • Responsive layout that tolerates browser text resizing.
  • Hebrew (RTL) and English (LTR), with a keyboard-accessible language switch.
  • No auto-playing video; the player exposes accessible controls.

Known limitations

  • Testimonial videos do not yet include captions. We are working on adding them.
  • The PDF offered at the end of the advisor conversation is generated automatically and is not a tagged PDF, so a screen reader may not read it correctly. The same content is shown as accessible text inside the conversation window, and can be provided in another format on request.
  • A third-party video player (YouTube) is embedded and loads only after a deliberate click. Its accessibility is governed by that provider.
